OUR PHILOSOPHY

the inspiration for hortensis came from a love of horticulture and old ,sometimes unusual objects to put in our garden to add character and dimension some of our objects have migrated into the house thereby adding a sense of the outdoors within. this has encouraged us to source a eclectic mixture of objects all relating to gardens and horticulture:-

a victorian waterpump- fully restored and in working order
a selection of botanical prints
floral patterned tea sets
ornaments and vases and so much more

we believe we have something - large or small -to offer ranging from a few pounds to the luxury end of the scale
